Old Swan Brewery
New Era Timber Flooring carried out the timber flooring in the majority of the Old Swan Brewery and its Apartments. There was a great variety of timber flooring species used including N.S.W Brushbox, N.S.W Blackbutt, Re-Cycled Jarrah, European Oak and Tasmanian Oak. 20,000 m2 of Flooring Plywood was also installed to level the 100 year old floor.
