The Old Swan Brewery - Mounts Bay Road Perth
New Era Flooring installed the timber floors and acoustic underlay at the recently renovated Old Swan Brewery. Work carried out included several foyer areas, elaborate patterned floors in the upmarket units as well as the fitout of the Lion Nathan tavern. The acoustic underlay was installed to prevent noise being transmitted from one unit to another. Please view our gallery for photos of this project.


Maritime Museum
FremantleJarrah floorboards were used extensively throughout the Maritime Museum's theatrette, viewing deck and leisure gallery which will house Australia 11.

Upper Eastside Apartments
In this prestigious development flooring consisted of European Oak laid on top of acoustic underlay - again used to prevent sound being transmitted from one floor to another.

Fremantle Woolstores

The Wandoo timber used in this prestigious development was re-milled from the original Fremantle Woolstores and has been laid over an acoustic underlay. It has been finished with three coats of high quality tongue oil instead of polyurethane to blend in with the character of the building.
